The privacy and the security of your personal data is, and will always be, very important to us. So in our privacy policy we want to explain how and why we gather, store, share and use your personal data. Our privacy policy has been updated inline with the new European Union law, called “General Data Protection Regulation” or "GDPR". The new GDPR gives certain rights to individuals in relation to their personal data.

What personal data we collect?
When you place an order with us we will collect your:
• Name
• Address
• Contact Number
• Email Address
• Your order details

What do we use your data for?
To allow us to process your order, we need to know: your full name; delivery address; email address; credit/debit card number; security code and expiry date. We will not collect any information about you unless it is specifically and knowingly provided by you. We do not store any credit/debit card details and we do not share customer details with any 3rd parties. We collect information about our customers via server logs, cookies, order forms and competitions. A cookie is a file that your web browser places on your computer's hard disk for record keeping purposes. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. The cookie does not store any credit/debit card information nor password details.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes.

Sharing your personal data?
In order to process your order and enhance customer experience we have business and technical partners whom we share data with to handle orders, process credit and debit card payments and provide a range of services, including for fraud protection purposes. They are bound by Data Protection covenants and must process the personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your personal information, we are entitled to do so. The Commissioner requires us, as registered Data Controllers, amongst other things to ensure that the data we hold about you should be processed lawfully and fairly. It should be accurate, relevant and not excessive. The information should, where necessary, be kept up to date and not retained for longer than is necessary. It should be kept securely to prevent unauthorised access by other people. We take the risk of internet fraud very seriously. With the volume of fraudulent credit card transactions increasing, we make every effort to ensure all orders are thoroughly checked using the information already supplied. There is a possibility we may contact you to make additional security checks and we ask for your co-operation to enable us to complete them. Fraudulent transactions will not be tolerated by us and such transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Data retention and deletion
Any personal data will be securely stored and kept for a maximum of 2 years for warranty purposes. After 2 years any personal details will be deleted.
